Capo, your map didn't suck. It was not 100% accurate, but no map will ever be. And as you've realized, it was fun to play. Let all those petty geography teachers make some themselves while we enjoy playing !

Could you send the map to me too? I would love to try it out.

Thanks in advance.

Capo-Your map definately does NOT suck. It actually fills a void we've had in civ2 for a while: the lack of good world maps large enough to have more than one square between Paris and France.

Look at "real" world maps, as I'm sure you have, and you'll see that no one can make a perfect 2-dimensional map.

Thanks for the world!

It sucks in the detail sense, but in the playing sense it definantly does not, even small empires in the regular world map are large and potent nations in this one, I love it.

Also, anyone that asks for me to send it again is a retard because I have a link posted a few boxes above this one, so use your eyes next time Einstein!

Too bad CivII doesn't allow one to play with more than 7 civs - playing a 32 or 64 tribe game on this map would be extremely fun.

Yea, i think this map would be a draw back with 7 players. It is just to darn big, 7 civs would get lost in something this big.

But if we could some how figure out how to get alot of players this map would be the most enjoyable thing i could imagine.
