My Foreign Science Advisor

I thought you might find this interesting. I was just playing along when suddenly my Foreign Advisor decided that it wanted to help out the rest of my advisors. It was in every advisor screen, but the rest of the game was just fine. It eventually went away after about 10-15 turns, but I thought it was wierd none-the-less. It could be a bug, not sure.
