Did they take out the plant disease option in espionage? Also i would think I shoul be able sabotage and destory building improvements as well as plant nukes. I hope these options were not pulled after the WTC fiasco. If so why not take out treaty breaking, razing cities, forced labout and war.

If you do a search you'll find a whole bunch of threads on this. Destroying buildings is now restricted to siege weapons etc

These changes were already in place before 11/9
