release date in Mexico?

does anybody knows if the game is already out in mexico?

I have looked for it, but no success

By the TLC (NAFTA) it's supposed to be released by the same time it does in US as occured in Canada but I guess the probem is the language, to make a distribution here they need to translate it fist, so maybe in 2 or 3 months.

BTW I was looking for it but the store is planning to bring it in english next month, the normal edition will cost near to $100 USD and the LE $120 USD, that's not fair
