Does it's effect on corruption increase with an endured period of celerbration? And assume that the effect acculmulates somehow, does the effect retain when the celerbration ends?

I could only find a short paragraph from the manual about WLTKD, but it lacks all the detail I want.

btw I really think Civ3's help/manual are lacking the detailed formulae as it were in SMAC/X. I can't calculate what's the best for my game now (ever tried doing calculus for a game heh?)...
