Am I doing something wrong, or does this thing just not work? Whenever I hit the precision strike button (with my stealth aircraft) the red range grid shows up. However, whenever I move the cursor over an enemy city, I get the circle-with-slash "you can't do that symbol". But when I put the cursor over one of my cities - the little bomb icon shows up. Is a precision strike only supposed to work on your own cities? Am I doing something wrong? Help.

Looks like a bug. I even have the embassy to investigate the city so that I will know what kind of city improvement had been built before I start precision bombing but of course it didn't work. It is simply because it's a bug.
most of the air units have bug. can't intercept enemy plane no matter you use editor to increase the chance of interception to 100% or whatever.
precision strike is buggy right now, but if you hold down on the "P" key it appears to work, with the little unintended consequence of allowing the player to conduct a strike anywhere on the map

Crawly, slimy, eeky bugs... hate'em.
And, it's just me or anyone else had problems too trying to build a strat resource colony with a builder?
I tried all ways thinkable, it just plaily doesn't work! It doesn't even recognize "B" as a command for it!
Even more hateful, a few turns after I gave up building the colony, a computer worker goes there and make one, as if saying "see, you dolt, that's the way". :P
