Finally, it took me an hour to get this far.

Empath Guild and Human Genome and when I tried to capture the base it disappeared leaving me with nothing.

Well, great, it looks like my governor skills of keeping the peace are severely lacking. I have been in office for three years and now the world is on the brink of war. I hope that an accord can be reached by all parties, but it looks like there are serious differences between some of our factions.
