Does disbanding my legion of workers affect my cities production or anything at all?
I have 30+ workers which have been with me since the beginning of my civ and they helped me to developed my territory into a paradise. However, my land have now come to a point where it's no longer possible to be further improved, and I want to disband all my workers to free up time during each game turn.

Does disbanding workers affect my cities or anything at all?

Thanks for replying!

You can either make them join your cities (which will add a population point to their city) or disband them for a couple of shields. The only major change will probably be the 1 Gold upkeep you won't have to pay.
