How often does nuclear power plants meltdown?
I could find no data about the 'chance' of getting a meltdown, it's neither in the manual nor in Civilopedia. Could anyone be so kind to post some 'hard' data (such as a formula like what's in SMAC) or their experience with meltdowns?
Thx for your attention

Well, in Civilization 2 there's a chance of it happening when you lose a city. I hope there is some trigger like that for it in Civlization 3, if they just randomly melt down that would be pretty annoying.

Actually in CivII the Nuclear plants DO melt down randomly... even in peace, We Love the Boss, no pollotion whatsoever.
It happened in a game of mine.
It just happens - and you notice it

Civilopedia claims they only meltdown during civil disorders.
My experience confirms this so far.

Maybe the nuclear plant though civil disturbance was about to happen?
Sounds iffy though. I wish the manual would be clearer on technical points like this.
