Is it ok to play Aliens in Apolyton PBEM?

Hey,
I've never seen anyone play an Alien faction in one of the tournament games! Are they considered too strong or what#s the deal here?
If it's just that noone ever wanted to, I'd give it a shot!

Generally considered far too strong in the hands of a human player. Your best bet is to find one other player and maybe play parallel games (you'll play two games simultaneously, one as the Caretakers and the other as the Usurpers, and your opponent will, respectively, play the Usurpers and the Caretakers). They're a lot of fun. You'd prolly want it CMN'd though (to take out the EG - it's a huge imbalancer in 2-player games.
