Question About Leadership Tendencies
I believe that Soren Johnson mentioned in his question and answer session that the AI leaders are programmed to model to a degree the behavior of their historical counterparts. I think the example that he gave was that Elizabeth is "crafty" or "shrewd" and that Shaka is warlike.

I assume that Abe Lincoln is basically honest and that Gandhi is generally peaceful - it's seemed that way in Civ I and Civ II. But what about the new leaders, like Joan of Arc and Catherine the Great? I'm curious as to how the designers felt about their historical behavior and if anyone knows the tendencies of these rulers. I can check the aggression scale in the editor, but I want to know if there are any traits in addition to that.

I'd also like to give kudos to Firaxis for the amusing civilization- specific AI diplomatic dialogue.
