Does SETI actually work?
In my last game (Regent) I built the SETI wonder, expecting to experience the benefit of a research lab in each of my cities (I was only on one continent)
I did not see this - further, in each of my cities, I had the option of building the Reaserch lab - which then resulted in the expected benefit.
As anyone else experienced this?

Well in fact, al the SETI project is discussed by some to beeing useless because of the fact that they would aready have found something if there was.
