Strategy Guide Anyone?
I don't know if this has been asked yet, but has anyone bought the strategy guide yet? If so, does it tell anything more than the manual does?

I have looked through the Prima Guide and I thought that it was kind of light considering that it cost a fair bit of cash. The Hurricanegaming guide expands on a lot things, but it still costs a bit of money. If you are willing to shell out any cash, then I would go for the HG guide. If you don't want to spend any money, just keep reading the forums here--there is a lot of good stuff from strategy, to play styles, and beyond. Matter of taste.

You're 100% correct on that one. No strategy guide can beat a good forum.

Actually, I shelled out 20 clams for the official strategy guide (I'm almost ashamed to admit), but it was very good reading and had a lot of information not contained in the documentation or Civlopaedia (at least I thought so anyway).
