Hahaha, I just found a previously unreported easteregg. This makes it the second to be found, I believe.
In the Art\Civilopedia\Icons directory of civ3 there is a file I had noticed earlier called menucow.pcx. When I used Find to look for files containing a certain text it occassionally popped up, but it didn't seem to be a valid .pcx file and no graphic program would load it. I just figured it was some weird civ specific thing so I just ignored it.
However when it showed up again when I searched for courthouse I just happened to right-click the file and choose Hex Edit using Hex Workshop, and what do my wandering eyes does appear but "BIC VERSION #:". Anyone who's been doing extensive digging knows instantly what this means.
I renamed the file to menucow.bic and opened it up in the editor and...LOL!
The title is "Udder Stupidity" and the Description is "An udderly useless mod made for cow lovers everywhere. Enjoy"
