Suggestion: Planting a Spy
I don't think this has been covered before, but I spent the longest time the other day trying to remember how to plant a spy. I visited and revisted the "E" (for Espionage) button but could not seem to find the option.
Of course, it turns out that you'll have to rightclick on the city with the intelligence agency and select the "plant spy" option from the pop up menu there.
It seems a little self deafeating to have an Espionage screen accessible through a button on the side of the screen and not integrate the all important option of planting a spy in the espionage screen once players get the Intelligence Agency. Perhaps this could be fixed in a patch?

They're trying to keep the spy commands hidden. Get it? Hidden spy commands? LOL! [o.k., I need more coffee to wake up, forgive me]

that too, but i just save/reload to get around it.
I'm prepared to spend money on a few tries, not upwards of a thousand dollars.
I think Firaxmis made it difficult to plant spies so that if the AI is trying to plant one on you, you'll learn about it more often than not.
