Well, it's going to have to do for me for awhile because my machine is a mere PII 300. Some people have commented that Civ3 runs too slow on machines that barely meet the requirements. It'll be awhile before I can afford a heftier machine.

Man, that's going to be a Landslide poll.

But if you diversify the points slightly such as: Great, Good, Ok, So-so, Bad, Uggh, Mom give me my cyanide - now I won't know exactly its outcome.

Hey Hugo,

Checkout the Civ Fanatic web site for some neat screen shots

But I'll be darned if I can't find a place to get the original.

Now I want to play it again!!

On my P2 350 64mb of RAm, things were pretty horrible. Music of the CD slowed things down as well....if you do the full install, it might make things better. An example - it once took me, and I timed it, after having played for about 5 hours, SIXTEEN minutes to get to the sound menu to turn the music off.

I went out and got a new computer!

Civ2 will never return the countless hours of my life it has eaten up... I'm sure that when (if) Civ4 comes out, all the peoples that say poo about Civ3 now will be like, "Man that was a great game."

Maybe you're right. It's already a landslide. I'm going to start a new poll now--a better poll.

How could anybody claim that Civ2 isn't a good game? Yes, the graphics are horrible, but the game itself is great. Oh, and it runns also in older computers.
