Replanting forest
Em, did I misunderstand something? I thought I read in the manual that forests can be planted on tundra terrain, but it doesn't seem to work for me. Do I need a special tech before that option is possible? Thanks.

Well, Engineering is needed in order to plant forests anywhere, but it sounds like you have that.

Still, if we can't plant forests in tundra, it makes some sense...
