Help with Forests
This is weird. I'm playing my 4th game of Civ III and this one is the weirdest yet...

My tribe is the Iroquis and I'm on an island. My workers can't build forests. That's right...forests are not available to build. Not from the build screen and not with the hotkeys. Has ANYONE run into this 'cause I can't remember building forests having a tech requirement.

Plant Forest requires Engineering. Always has.
