ScottVib Chieftain Local Time: 13:10 Local Date: October 31, 2010 Join Date: Nov 2001 Location: Here Posts: 65	It has been said that all things being equal that the AI will naturally gravitate towards their favorite government, however if one government is better than the others than the AI will select the "best" government, regardless of if its the favored government for the Civ.
