I've just fired up Civ 3 for the first time, and I was left howling with laughter at the animated world leaders on the options screen. Why are they all smirking like babies passing wind?

Why do they all look like they're stoned clean out of their gourds?

Why has Elizabeth I been left oddly resembling Marilyn Manson?

There's got to be some kind of reason. Surely this can't be serious?
