Agreements respect

No civilization respect the withdraw troops agreement. Is there something I can do ?

(I dont want to use dale's diplomod : I'm not shure I'll like all the modifications of this mod).

You should use diplomod. It is really good. I just got it a few days ago and was trying it out. It doesn't really make diplomacy with the AI easier, it just gives you more options like trading technology, having a trade agreement, stuff like that. If you still don't want to get it, don't worry just get this little file that forces the comp to honor the withdraw pact, it does nothing else to the game. The patch helps this some what but not much. I've noticed the with draw troops comand only prevents more troops from coming in but it doesn't make the ones who are already in you kingdom leave.
Try installing the apolyton pack from this web site. It greatly improves the game and fixs many little problems like this. I hope this helps.
