Great Library Culture Output
Has anybody noticed that buildings give 2x or 3x the stated culture later in the game? I've checked the Great Library and it give's more the 10 culture points!!! So for the culture alone it is a great wonder to build. Anybody else notice this fact? And does anybody know what the modifier is?

There are two factors for culture, the stated culture per turn, and the age of the building. For example, if you capitol builds a temple in 2500BC, you are only getting 2 culture per turn, but by the time it is 2000 AD, you may be getting 15 culture per turn from it, because it is so old.

For a real world example, which provides more culture, the US Capitol Building or the Parthenon? Camden Yards or the Roman Coliseum? The biggest church in your city or Notre Dame?
