What sound/video cards are disasters?

OK. I am going to get a new Dell computer. What are the problem sound cards and video cards with Civ3?

Options are: Nvidia GeForce3 Ti 200 Graphics or Nvidia Geforce 3 4X AGP

And SB Live or Turtle Beach Santa Cruz.

This will come with Windows XP.

There have been so many problems expressed here about computers not working with Civ3. Please tell me if any of these options will work.

I have a Dell with a 32Mb GeoForce 2MX, a Soundblaster PCI 64V, Pentium III 933mhz, and 256Mb of memory and it works just fine.
