Why no strategy forum link?

The Civ3 page http://apolyton.net/civ3/ has links to some, but not all, Civ3 forums. Why are the links to Civ3 Strategies and Civ3 Stories missing?

the section menu links to the main forums, not all of them. the strategy forum link was removed when we opened the strategy pages

Um, ok, now you've told me that it doesn't link to all the forums, which is what I pointed out in my first post.

Now can you tell me why it doesn't link to all the forums? Is there a reason not to include the links? I used to use the link to the strategy forum after I viewed the news...now it's an extra click away from the Civ3 home page. This reduces usability and makes it much more likely that I (and others) will just post strategy posts on the general forum...since that's the easy link from the Civ3 home page.
