Infogrames sues German Mod maker

Infogrames Germany has put a stop to a German fan's plans to translate Civ3 into German. See this Poly news item and this Slashdot article for more info.

Many people on the net are actively organizing to support this German fan. I think Infogrames was entirely right in puttting down this sort of copyright invasion. The German fan is at fault. Discuss.
