Only one way to get a quick response on this:
PM (private message) Asher, he's our Apolyton XP/Sound/Video/Processor techie guy. Do this by clicking "control panel" under the big Apolyton logo in the top left of the screen, then go to the "Private Messanging" tab, and compose a message and send it. Odds are he'll get back to you within the day, and will probably solve your problem in the first or second reply.
More than likely he'll tell you to update your drivers, but since I'm not very into XP's technical faults I couldn't tell you one way or the other. Go for it, and tell him I sent ya.
