Suggestions for the Team, Please Read
Ok, here is a list of items that would be nice to see in Civilization III:
1.) A user-friendly and large scenario editor, able to edit many aspects of the game.
2.) Corporations (I like that idea that was in this forum)
3.) Not only small, medium, and large maps, but one map that is called "massive" or something that is so huge, you take the Europe map in Civ2, but have the world on that in the same scale! Excellent!
4.) New city styles and new civilizations, of course.
5.) New units (naturally)
6.) Don't turn the graphics into ToT-type ones, please! I like the way the Civ2 graphics are now, nice and simple.
These are very basic for now, but I do hope I am listened to.

Polaris,
I love Civ I and II, but I don't want the same game. Maybe I am way off base but I would like to see a revolution from Civ II to III not just an evolution. If Civ III is not more than just Civ II-plus better multiplayer, graphics, features I will not play it. I will probably buy it and then play a couple of times but I will grow frustrated and never buy another Civ game or Sid game (ok probably a stretch).
Civ has a lot going for it and things should not be entirely changed. But things like city management, allowing certain regions of your empire to grow food/production, random tech, tech researched in individual universities not as a nation, slavery, spy screens, increased trade, corporation, stock markets, and other innovations must be added. Civ III needs to be more than Civ IIplus.

Tniem, I defienently do not mean the exact same graphics. Some new and better ones, just not like the ToT high-res ones which you can barely tell what they look like at times.

Understand. Graphics should stay simple, but need to be cleaner and blend together more. Maybe this is just the programming but a desert should not be next to a jungle without some type of river, mountain, change of altitude, or something else to cause the change.
