2201 to the Gaians.
At the end of the turn, Sister Miriam called on the council to repeal the UN Charter. Votes so far:
Miriam: Yea
Net Maverick: Nay

Turn 2201 the Hive
I voted Nay and I urge all right thinking Factions (and hopefully the Hive!) to vote Nay as well!

First of all, I've voted "YEA" because I consider weapon of mass destruction as the ultimate deterant. I think we can all enjoy a nuclear peace, don't you...
In other news:
Today, a gaian transport was detected by Hive coastal patrols... Jets have been scrambled and are on an intercept course.
The Hive's pact with the Gaians include the right of passage but this "visit" was unanounced and the Hive has good reason to fear such intrusion, seeing the latest inflamatory declarations of the Gaians.
Later, Hive inteligence detected only the presence of a Colony pod aboard the transport. Crisis adverted.
(I just like that I can play this game as a RP one

Are we stuck? Is this a Gaian conspiracy? Have the fowl tree-huggers killed CEO SamIAm? ;-)

This one is my fault. The first one arrived but I must have forgotten about it. Sorry!
2202 to the Gaians.
********************
As the current Governor has showed his lack of responsibility yet again by allowing the UN Charter to be repealed, it is time for new leadership on this planet! The opposition candidate is the respected Colonel Net Maverick.
Net Maverick: 118 (for Net Maverick)
SPasmofiT: 107
SITS: 92
SamIAm: 51
Miriam: 19 (for SPasmofiT)

Turn 2202 to the Hive
Peaceful colony transport moved
I too I'm concerned about Governor SPasmofiT's eagerness to embrace the destruction of Planet. So much so I felt as a matter of conscience, compelled to vote for Tau Ceti as the planetary governor. Let this be a warning to those who take for granted Planets' delicate ecology.

I abstained, but I thank all of my supporters! Miriam, you're the best, baby! ;-)
Come on people! It's not like I killed anyone! ...except Zak, but we all have our closet scheletons, wouldn't you agree Tau? ;-)
Now, with the UN charta repealed is HARDER to attack than before! That's PEACE!
Turn to CEO Sam!
