Ok i really do like the game.
And I really want to play it.
ITS JUST SO DAMN ANNOYING.
The babs had 15 cities, i took 11 in one turn. 4 turn back in the next.
I took them back.
Next turn these 4 turn back plus 2 more.
The cities rebel faster than I can bring up more men to conquer.
People shopuld know when they've been qonuerd and shut up.
Now people get pissed off when ppl "whine" without have a solution to the problem.

If you've got enough troops to take 11 cities in one turn, you probably have enough to hang on to them if you move a little slower. My strategy for dealing with this is to put a number of troops into each captured city equal to the number of population points. Then starve it down to 1 pop and rush build a defender. Move on to the next city and repeat.
Alternatively, as Skanky Burns suggested, you can simply raze the cities and build your own. I don't do this much because I don't usually have the forethought to build the settlers before war breaks out. If you wait until the city has been razed to start building them, there is a good chance the AI will beat you to the free area.
