Does your score get higher the higher difficulty you play at?

Well it worked that way with Civ1 and Civ2, so I presume "yes".

I've seen scores go up through playing at higher difficulty levels but not by much as:

a) I'm still learning many of the finer points of the game.

And:

b) I haven't played many games at many difficulty levels either.
