The best improvement in Civ3: Great Leaders and Armies
I can't explain to you how much joy I get when I'm playing this game and I suddenly get a great leader. Although I love playing for a non-military victory its like every single game I play I am forced to fight in wars trying to get a great leader so I can build armies... anyone else feel this way? Overall this is such a great and addicting improvement its like I can't stop

You are so anti-america that having a conversation with you would be poinless. You may or maynot feel you are an enemy of the United States, I don't care either way. However if I still worked for the Goverment I would turn over your e-mail address to my bosses and what ever happen, happens.

Is there any way to increase your chance of getting a leader/army?
I haven't even got a sniff of getting one yet.
