can i still be able to continue the game if i won with space race or any other?

yes you will still be able to continue the game after you won...no matter what kind of victory. The same thing goes if the computer wins. However score will not be kept after that point.

around 2032 by conquest at regent level, nuked almost more than 50 cities

it's so fun to watch all of their major cities get nuked right before the turn you finished your space ship or achieve cultural victory. In the end you could watch them all cursing you....
