CIV3 is not realistic enough!!!!!
Americans? Americans? Why are there Americans in the game? The game starts in 4000BC, there were no Americans in 4000BC, even my little sister knows that. Why not have Martians as a civilization!!! Where was the QA? And aren't Americans just English cities that revolted and set up their own civilization? In the 1770s??? Not BC but AD!!!!
Actually, that goes for almost all the other "civilizations" in the game. And where are the Sumerians?!?!? The Phoenicians??
*sarcasm mode off*

and I think it should be impossible to build a warrior in the beginning of a game. In the process of building the warrior, he should die of old age.
This game is so unrealistic. Warriors can't live 6000 years. I'm going to play a realistic game like Duke nukem now.

Yeah, and how can Otto Von Bismarck be the German leader back in 4000 BC? And how can he live for 6000 years? Hello?
And what about taking 50 years to sail from one city to another? Geez, I'm really annoyed with that...
Funny... Now, back to Civ3.

Wrong, we're just trying to have some fun... there seems to be so much negativity around these days...
And I like Civ3, yes, so you can sue me.

Yeah! This game sucks! Since when can workers work for 5000 years and never complain about their back aching?

Yeah, and get this, I've began building the spaceship dozens of times, but never, NEVER have my citizens began complaining about the money wasted in building spaceships when I could use it for social programs instead! Even when I'm playing with a democracy! How unrealistic is that?

exactly, no one would want a space ship, the hawks would want the money for the military, the doves for social welfare.
unless there's a cold war going, in which case everyone would want it.
you have a really good signature there

The AI colonize the earth fast, wars break out more often, leaders are as annoying as they would be if you were the president, and there are many more realistic things added. It's a much larger improvment from Civ 2, perhaps too realistic, personally I wouldn't want my warriors dying every few turns.

And when was the last time anyone had a government scandal??? Can we make some extra cash by selling our memoires? "4000 and seven years ago... The Man, the Empire and all of Known History" by Abe Lincoln. How about some funky newspaper headlines like in Civ? "Most decorated Army General serves in his 100th War" or "Good morning York! English city elects to defect!" At least we know the Civil Service is still there (why else all that corruption?)
