After patch, able to trade resources at 0
I've found that with the new patch installed, I am able to select luxuries and resources that claim to have 0 available to trade. The AI will happily make an offer for the price.

It's not 0 to trade, it's 0 extra. The one you are trading is your own supply. I don't think that the AI will ever trade its singlular supply of anything, but you can.
