Can't disband cities post patch?
Am I just imagining things or could you disband a city with pop 2 or less before the patch? Now I can't build a settler unless I've a pop of 3+, the production queue just sits and waits for my food box fill up.

I'm sure I could disband cities pre patch! Couldn't I?

Mine's always been that way, pre- and post- patch. I'd love to know a way of disbanding a city, since sometimes I gain a city through culture which overlaps with several of my own and I'd love to just turn it into workers and get rid of it in a way OTHER than building workers to get the city to 1, giving it to an enemy, then taking it back same turn and razing it.

Do the cities you are trying to disband have any surplus food growth? You have to make sure they have zero growth to disband them by building Settlers / Workers.

If they don't, sorry, just checking...
