Patch bug and patch CRASH

just played with the patch for 10 minutes so far... heres 2 things that trouble me:

1. Upon choosing races for a new game, clicking "All Random" does not work anymore- it simply does nothing.

2.

I got this when I right clicked change production, then clicked on a temple. I loaded off the autosave and did it again, but it worked this time. Nonetheless, I'm having doubts this is the last time I'm gonna see this.
