What makes the game crash for you?
I play Civ3 on 2 computers - a laptop and a desktop. I did NOT install DirectX8 on either. I am playing with DX7a.

The game has never crashed on me. Maybe I am not as advanced or using some of the more complex things in Civ3 as the rest of you.

So why doesn't the game crash for me? Maybe I haven't played it enough - or on huge maps. Any ideas? Luck? (But whatever, I am glad I never put DX8 on either computer.)

So what makes the game crash? Tell me, and I will see if I can make mine crash.
