movement problems?

hi

is it normail after moving a unit the unit box on lower right says please wait? and i wait and wait and nothing happens.....have to hit the end turn circle to get it to cycle......


another thing is sometimes i'll try to move a unit and i will get messge already moved and sometimes even the action buttons disappear when this happens and i have too click end turn button a couple of times.
