A faction called the mariners

I was on some smac site that had a lot of factions on it. They were stored on some lame server and I could not download them without timing out. I was interested in a faction called the mariners. Does anyone have that faction or know where I could get it? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the file. I am getting a crc error in mariners2.pcx file, but I think I can reconstruct that file using one of the other files if I can just find the right program to do it. It seems to be one of the pictures fom mariners3 blown up a few sizes, so I can cut it out from that one. The problem is repasting and saving it in the correct size. Thank you again.
