civ starting location question.
is it now possible to assign a civilization to a specific starting location yet? please answer and thanks in advance for those who respond.

You can't do that o maps. There are however two utilities that modify SAVs from a script of starting locations. CPT and CIV3BREED.

So true... EVERY time the question has been asked, the SAME answer has been given. It's not available yet from Firixas, but there is a way to do it.
