With this new patch I found out that it sucks now!
It's like civ 2 again, they keep building the same military unit over and over. Why should we use this now? It does do nothing actually now. If I put Science often it will still build military units. So when I build a military unit in a city then I have to choose what I want to build. The governor won't do a thing.
Maybe there is a solution for this or is this future gone forever?!

It´s a new option and you can turn it off.
