How can you play?

In CivIII if you want to use units victoriously you have to manage til 50 units per square,so does someone of you agree with me asking as soon as possible a patch or MODification issue that permit to move unit like Red Alert,all together?

In Addition why fighters go to sleep by themselves?Why every single turn in carriers I have to wake up dozens of fighters per carriers?
