16 civs...

Silly me can't find what he has to change to allow 16 civs in one game. I searched the editor but didn't find anything. Is it somewhere else???

Um.

When you pick your race, look to the top right. There is a list of 16 slots, all but 6 (?) will be deselected. Change these to a civ name or RANDOM and you're now playing with that civ also.

Pick ALL RANDOM and "Hey Presto", you're off. Have fun.

If you pick a small map, the BIC file might be set for 6 players.

Edit the BIC file with the Editor and set the Number of Players. Save the BIC file as 'Max Players' or something and there ya go!

I'll take another look at the BIC file. Now I think of it again, probably you're referring to the heading where under you set the size of the different possible maps (eg tiny, small...). Right? If I remember correctly, you can right of that set the 'recommended' number of players. Prolly the max. # of allowed players.
