Please Help! My game keeps crashing at the same spot...
I'm not sure if you can reproduce this on other computers, but I would appreciate it if someone could DL my saved game file and try to figure out what's going on here. I am in 19th century playing my best diety game ever as the Persians and I can't get past 1806 because the game keeps crashing at the end of the turn, right after Germans make their moves. I've tried all different things like moving my units, declaring war, etc., but the game keeps crashing. I had previously trapped several German naval units using the privateer to lure them in and I opened up my trap last turn and that might be causing the crash. Error message tells me that Civ3 has caused Civilization EXE to crash and sometimes it gives me a kernel panic error. This is version 1.16f with no modificiations at all. I'm running Win ME on an Athalon 600mhz. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Perhaps someone who can get past 1806 with my saved game file can save it and then send it back to me. I really want to finish this game, even though I know that the Germans and/or Romans have pretty much finished their spaceships. Thanks in advance.
