France does not care a wit as to the giant gas bags that Turkey has begun floating over Istanbul. A french diplomat was quoted as saying that the gas bag was only slightly larger than several that he knew in Turkey's Foriegn Affairs department.

Egypt-Palestine Railway complete, British engineers turn their heads toward Libya.
OOC: As you can see, it was me you were waiting for, my connection's been wacky the past couple days. I also have my finals this week, but I don't think they'll affect anything

More development.
Darius, we need to organize when to hand back the cities. Also I need to give you 2 conscripts back, so improve your attitude toward the Russians in the foreign minister menu so I can do that. Also, tell me how you want to get the cities (LazyCiv, connect to each other online, etc)

Online gift would be best, since civdip-gifted cities' garrisons disappear (we went over that a ways back). Once it's my turn, just give me a time.

I swear I'll eventually figure out how to hit ctrl-n eventually
must not forget to hit ctrl-n in the future. I swear I'm not retarded.
Editorials from Le Monde
No wonder France loses every war!
In stupidty that not even an untrained chimp would display, the Defense Minister ordered the Infantry along the Franco-German border to abandon their positions and spread throughout the countryside, AGAIN!!! With the new Administration just about settled in, it is time to remove the dinosauds of the old Republic.
Big Government begins!
The new administration has signaled what their plans are towards domestic policy when they hired 7 more CEC battalions to work on the countryside this month, bringing the total number of battalions up to 19, with more on the way. Government attempts at regulating industry and the amount of pollution they can produce will be unsuccessful and will prove to hinder further development of the industrial sector, but the mass transit plazas being installed across the country have proven popular among the masses.
Public Service announcement
Rail bypasses have been completed around Madrid and Barcelona, however they will not be open until next month because the CEC battalions have not yet moved on. The western North-South rail line is blocked this turn for development but will be open again next month. The eastern line is now completed but blocked by the passage of Turkish, English AND Italian units! The mess may need another month before being completely open.
France also wishes to report that she is also extremely rich, however, attempts to share the wealth have been rebuffed by stuffy diplomats with too much national pride from England. France suggests the stuffed shirt, minor officials get away from rainy London and visit the beaches in southern France for some fun and sun. If they get any more pale, they could be mistaken as ghosts!

Here you go, I'm going hold off for a couple turns for the trade, Darius, if that's all right, I need to move more units, and Hannover's going to build a university in two turns

Just remove the garrisons from the cities in question (so they don't disappear), and then follow the instructions. If you want I can make the file (in the form of a demand) and you can accept it, if that would be easier.

here is the transaction. IM me for the password. BTW does the password apply to all the players and transactions or just this specific transaction or to the specific player or to a specific pair of players?

I never really figured that out, but I do know that when you accept an offer you don't need to know the password. I think you actually enter the password that you use in the savegame, to prove that you're who you say you are, but I really have no idea.

I've used the utility once and then played around with it some on a game I started myself, if Anzac had wanted to, he could have accepted the agreement for you as well!

Manufacturing Goods caravan arrived in London today.
France is still struggling with the pollution of big industry, however, the CEC has reported that further work on the french rail network has continued, the Bay of Biscay RR line has been reopened, and the NW sector is under construction and plans to open additional bypasses shortly. In Spain, all French cities are now accessible by rail save one along the northern coast due to Spanish meddling.
