Germany is appalled by the state of railroad transport along our western border. Literally ALL routes into France have been cut off inadvertently by both French and British units.

Completely unintentional. France has this little problem called pollution, all five French engineers were engaged in cleaning up pollution. The poor pollution controls of French Industry have kept the Civilian Engineering Corps so busy that new routes into France have not been opened. It is unknown at this time why the English have closed the northern route at this time.
Also, France wishes to point out her continuing policy of considering the publishing of maps showing French border outposts as a less than friendly act. Further such unfriendly acts by Germany may result in sanctions being leveled.
For those interested in the formation of this policy, please see here Established nearly 2 and a half years ago, France expects all nations to respect her need to keep some matters involving the Military to be kept out of the papers. We therefore call upon Germany to pull down the offending map immediately.

The fact still remains that you could have left at least one bypass open while cleaning pollution on others, and then in the next turn cleaned that bypass while reopening the others. There is no excuse here but carelessness.

I distinctly remember the policy and it's utterly ridiculous, since ANY player with a freight unit and an index finger can find the same information we posted. The map will not be moved.

Is there any newer version? Where is it available ?
Or is it a custom modification?
Thanx to all

Yeah these are all custom modifications we did: we "Nemo-ized" all the graphics files or atleast I did
So experiment with it, and you may find some customization that you like.

The reason for the British units blocking the paths is both because I somehow neglected to cntl-n on my previous turn, so my units were all over the place to start with, and many times the only available routes were on regular roads

Last month on a tour of Ireland, Prime Minister Kirk, appalled at the lack of education the Irish received ordered construction of Universities across the isle. And this month, thanks to a recent influx of capital and efficient Irish manpower, Universities were completed in all major cities on the isle. Citizens across the Commonwealth await anxiously for news of what exciting discoveries these educated Irishmen will bring.
