How do I make units in the Editor?
How do I make new units and goverments in the editor? I know how to place them but I can't find how to change thier stats.
Do I use the editor, or do I have to go somewhere else?
Any help would be apprciated.
thanks
Davor

Hmmm, I don't recall ever seeing such a feature on the editor so I don't think it can be done with that program. I'm sure it could be done using slic but maybe Lucutis or someone will know of an easier way.

You can't do that in the editor, you have to open up the text files for that. You may want to read some of the files in the 'Modification' section of the Apolyton CtP2 page first (and possibly some of the fan-created guides, I'll post links later if noone else beats me to it).

The links:
CtP Modder's Info, very useful stuff compiled by Hexagonian:
http://www.geocities.com/hexagonia/ctp2.html
Advanced C:CtP Scenario Design by J Bytheway (intended for CtP but still quite useful):
http://www.geocities.com/jbtwuk/civctp.htm
And of course, very important, the CtP2 Modification Section:
http://apolyton.net/ctp2/modification/
Searching the Creation forum or asking specific questions there is also quite helpful.
Anyway, just open the files and have a look, most of it isn't hard to do at all...
