The game is in 2179 and you are Planetary Governor. In addition you have the biggest empire, highest income and largest military.
You are about to strike a blow against the UoP, but they have detected your move and reacted to rushbuild some defense.
However, it is probably not too late to stop the move and make friends with them if you wish. You may also opt to continue the strike.
Also in the game are The Cyborgs and Planet Cult.
