yup..especially if it was a duel.....when players are of equal calibre or close enough too its a real pain to find even starts

heck ..we play 35 45 maps for duesl...and 37 47 for three players and it rises slightly with each additional player....still room to plop 45 cities down in a quasi ics fashion

yes...or put you within 8 squares of someones capital.....
but the larger the map...the more of a set spitting contest it becomes.....at least on small maps skirmishes happen more frequently
