Do you mean control AI civ's production? No. The utility only records a human player's production and recover it the next turn. A human must have played it the previous turn in order for it to work. I have already abandoned the project so no further functions will be added.

Might I suggest removing all railroad from the game, deleting each civ's prior knowledge of it, and making it an unresearchable tech? This would prevent unrealistic sweeping movements along rails, and give the game a more natural pace. It would be such a pain to remove them, but worth it IMHO. My 2¢.

Hmmm no railroad? Not to be a b*tch but that sounds alomost... understandable? well thinking of the war it does... no Battle Plan Ran by railroad like WWI, in WW2 the value was well constructed roads for faster movement (i'll make the movent 1/4 or 1/5).. i'm sorry but the way you said it i thought nah!! but damn, i understand it thats scary!

I vote for the 1/4 or 1/5 movement rate or may I suggest a 1/6 or 1/8 even. Oh, and keep the units about where case had them. The only reason the Japanese had so many units by events in the original events was to take advantage of the AI.

Looks like we might end up with a whole new scenario here
However, I also think that some negotiation should be allowed, to let allies gift money or maps to each other. Perhaps no tech trading could be a house rule or something?
Also, if we're going to start changng everything for this scen, someone should work on a more fair units statistics. I don't know about you, but my major fear in this game was the fact that T34s were not only better than almost all my tanks, but that they cost about 50 shields. Ditto for shermans, which cost 40 shields, the same as 1 SS division
I agree with Jimmywax, the units should be left as Case fixed them.

Looks good except for the railroad thing . Oh well, I guess we can't all be happy. I believe you will have to E-mail the file to me since I can not download off of the site for some reason.

It worked, it doesn't for graphics files though. It might for you but not for me. When I try to save a gfx like that it, comes up unknown file type for some reason when I try to open them.

Test run
)Took the new files for a test run tonight (unlike Soundwave I am strapped for cash right now so I can not go out ) and found a minor problem. After the Japs attacked the soviets came to my aid. I don't know if you want this but since Soundwave has been so anal about historical accuracy, I figured he wouldn't like that.
